What are the dangers of crash diets?
Ok, I know it's bad, but there is that little voice in my head that is cursing me and call me a fat out of control. And I'm afraid I will start a crash diet again if I can control my weight. I know it's only summer weight I have to work out, but I never started working out with her so close to the start of school, secondary school (first year) much less. So about me, please:) Tell me the risk to health. I need the voice of reason to drown the voice of fat. Please.
Crash diets are probably the worst diets that are as recover all weight loss before you know it. Losing weight is the easy part and keep it that's hard. If you want to avoid recover all the lost weight should not lose more than 2 pounds or 1 kg per week, as haste leads to waste (a futile effort). Slow and steady wins the race.
