Diet plan? Excercise or food ideas?
Hey I'm about 5 '3 am currently weighing 55.7 kilograms of my BMI is 21.5. I am weak in my thighs, stomach, my cows are very fluid. Basically, does anyone have diet pills exercises not only coz me 13! Or meal plans? Sports I can do: swimming lessons 1 hour a week of hockey 1 hour a week. Fitness equipment I have: Thanks bicycle exercise step by step!
Food: Food many proteins, whole grains and fruits / vegetables each day. Ever try to eat consciously? Pay attention to how you feel while you eat and notice when you start to feel full. It takes your brain 15 minutes, I think, to realize your stomach is full. Eat slowly, enjoy your meal. Go for small meals every 4 hours instead of 3 giant dishes. You should also consider stepping up their aerobics / cardio. Try putting in an extra hour of exercise per week cardiovascular. It goes two hours of swimming and hockey I guess. Losing weight takes time. I hope that helps
