Getting enough iron in a vegetarian diet?
What is the best way to get iron in a vegetarian diet? I think I heard that green leafy vegetables are, like kale and spinach, but what else? Why iron is important and how does one really need?

You can take supplements, but if you are using a lots of cheese and other dairy products you should know that prevents absorption of iron. The best thing to do is eat a well-rounded vegetarian diet adequate. Do not go heavy in milk, cheese and eggs. Do not trust no one source of vegetables for their iron requirements.
