What is a healthy eating plan for a child 13 years?
Hello, I am 13 and I want to lose weight, I'm 5 "7 and 130 pounds. I'm not sure how many calories, carbohydrates, fats, etc. should arrive in a day. When do you eat snacks? What I eat? I'm thinking of running in the mornings.
Hey Brandon, I suppose they are only after the good food to eat for extra exercise is planning. In your height and weight is at the bottom of your healthy weight range so you might want to consider perhaps an extra glass of milk every morning before of implementation. A good breakfast of either cereal with fruit or bacon (take the fat) and 2 eggs with toast should give you a great start to the day. Bananas, apples, raisins, nuts and make great snacks and are fairly easy to carry. Keep meat fats and sugar as soft drinks to a minimum because they do not contribute to the good of vitamins and minerals you need to build muscle and get fit. Do not just work, so try swimming, team sports or anything that appeals to you. Everyone can help with hand eye coordination, endurance, strength and social activities are also great too.
