Has anyone been to LA Weight Loss Centers …………?
and do you have the recipe for cleaning 2 weeks? I would appreciate having a copy. Thank you!
I worked there years ago and they know may be different from what they do now. But we had a hot lemon drink made of half heated fresh lemon into a glass of water in the microwave and that Add sweetener to taste. The hot lemon helps create a feeling of fullness, as it makes the esophagus expand. We had to take a calcium supplement and use only salt lite. You probably already know this, but if not, hopefully it helps.
