Weight Loss?
I just started a weight loss plan and was wondering when I will weigh myself. In the morning when I'm at my lowest weight empty stomach in the afternoon or at night when I had dinner and are probably in my top? Also, if I track my calorie intake How I can know how many calories are in the points arent packed with nutrition inclusion in it, like a small apple, half a banana, Part skinless or boneless chicken strips and 15? grapes smaller I can not go about eating, because my plan provides for the size portions and measurements, but how I can know what really is calories.
No matter what time of day to weigh, as long as you do at this point every time they weighed and Google the number of calories in fruits and etc that come up. good luck
