diets and eating plans need help?
I need some examples of foods to eat. im going this summer with all the preparation and eating well, but I need some help in eating meals. The only thing I can think of is chicken, tuna, fish, vegetables, (im a college student so that only simple meals haha) I want to stay out of these carbohydrates deadly i keep talking about the bread. what not to eat?
