How much should I run to see the results of weight loss?
I started running last week. I ran three miles on two different occasions. We plan to start running three miles four times a week. If I am consistent with my running form, is that enough to lose weight without changing my diet? Also how time it takes to see results in toning and weight loss? I'm trying to lose about 10 pounds, maybe 15 at max, but I wish it so quickly. I have plans to do some exercise on days that do not run, but nothing extreme.
You will lose weight by running, but will less than if you changed your diet.
