How can I avoid loose skin during weight loss?
I am a 27 year old woman who stands at 5 "11. I weigh 220 pounds and I am determined to lose 70-80 pounds with diet and good old-fashioned exercise. I've been gaining weight over the past 10 years, especially after high school I won like 40 pounds in the course of two years right after graduation. I really want to lose weight, but I fear that the mess of the fallen that may follow. I can not afford plastic surgery to get cut off and hidden, or want to be open to begin with. Do you do any of these really help any … slow weight loss, weight training, drinking lots of water, use creams (recommendations, please!) does not help high or sinking my skin no matter what I do. A medical opinion, would be a major bonus:) but I am open to all recommendations. Sharing personal experiences in this matter would be great too!
