Ok, I'm trying to do the same as you. Weighs probably similar to yours too. Make a plan, write it all down, and stick to it. My plan: – Every morning drink green tea with a squeeze of lemon without sugar. – Drink 8 glasses of water a day (at least). – I play tennis twice a week and the days that I do not plan to accelerate stand for half hour or more each day. (If this is boring, download a cardiovascular workout tape and do it in your living room. They are fun!) – Only have carbohydrate at breakfast. After breakfast without bread rice pasta sweet potato juice / soft drinks. You should notice a huge change. He's going to the bathroom several times at first because your body will drop water weight. This is a good indication that the plan is working. Also, if this is not strict enough for you, a detoxification 1 day in the week that not eating anything solid. Only water and lemon juice teas.
