I ordered the belt Sculpting nucleus of one of television infomercials. And I wondered if here someone has successfully tested and if so, would you recommend to others?
Watch the ads. Look at all those wonderful tone models, something Notice? They are shades of everything! That must mean they are spending much time in other exercises. Have you ever seen someone with a fantastic tone abs and everything else looking flabby or untoned. That's enough for me to know that these devices on their own would never be enough!
