What could my right upper quaduant pain be caused by?

I'm a woman 27 years with right upper quadrant pain that has lasted 6 months. I have no previous medical history and no allergies. I'm not taking any medication. Other symptoms – pain in the ribs and the CSD. Pain 2 / 10 – 5 / 10. feel cramps and stabbing. worse when I eat anything, including fatty foods. also increases pain when I lean foward in a stooped position. – Nausea after eat / no vomiting – weight loss in the last 2 months of 10 kg (70 kg and was now 60) and loss of appitite. – No bloody / malina / PR bleeding / blood in vomit / no obvious palpable mass on abdominal. – Low-grade temperature at times. – No tenderness in the calf, shortness of breath or symptoms of angina. Thats yer Bp 110/80 HR 70. Respect. He had an abdominal ultra sound and it was clear (no gallstones) and also had a gastroscope that was clear (no ulcers in the stomach and dodenum – Biopsy negitive. go for a CT scan. Anyone ?????? thoughts (:

Sounds like it could be your gallbladder, as you said after eating fatty foods. Stones need not be that. Also if this sudden attack of pain is very strong, but not a continuous boring, then I must occasionally and was told that is a floating rib or something like that and when your turn effect that tightens a body aches and pain disappears after a few minutes.
