What is the quickest way to loose Presentation? Loose weight now?

OK I'm trying to lose weight … let me tell you about myself. I'm a 6'3 about 275 pounds and I have a large increase in 20 years of age. When I was in high school I weighed about 220 and I liked that weight. I return to that weight. This is what I've been doing …. trying to eat 1500 calories a day under a atleast 2000. I try to eat only 10 grams or less of fat per meal. I go to the gym every night and do cardio and try to burn 1000 calories and then lift weights. What else would you recommend anyone? I've been doing this about 2 months and have seen some progress. Please help me improve my diet and exercise, I am open to any and all ideas. Is there anything should take. How can I lose weight faster. I also wondered if anyone knows a good website with a calculator to tell me what my ideal weight should be. For my body size and so on. Please help! I want immediate weight loss! Thanks!

You should eat 6 small meals a day, this will help accelerate the process of burning fat. Know that there is no magic pill or cure, but hard work alone. You're a big guy so do not cut in much of the calories. Elevation also build muscle which weighs more than fat.
