Tips for weight loss?

I would (and should) lose 50 pounds and keep it off! I'm thinking about trying to eat healthy and exercise more. I drink lots of water, but I will increase my water intake even more. I need advice on how to move her and not easily discouraged after a week No results. I need advice on how to keep going. I need advice on different ideas for exercises you can do easily at home if I can not go to the gym. Moreover, snack food suggestions or great-tasting healthy recipes are welcome! Thanks for the help!

My suggestion is to plan ahead. Plan your breakfast the night before so they do not succumb to what is easier, but not necessarily healthier options. Try to plan a day before each meal. If you have food in the house of other family members that may tempt you, keep them out of sight. Keep food available and ready to be good for you (is ie, vegetable sticks with sauce made of fat-free sour cream) from the store when it is complete and maintain a list of healthy foods. Fiber is helpful. Foods rich in fiber keep you and you feel full for about 6 hours. Try to work your way up to 6-8 grams of fiber / food. Water is necessary with high fiber intake. This already doing.
