What is the best type of heart for fat loss?

It's graphic life cycle of the machine is right? Will I lose more a heart rate of 132 than I was at 160? I'm doing 20-40 minutes of cardio 5 times a week, do weights depending on whether or not that day. I making the program 'Hill' because I like the challenge. The heart rate optimal for fat loss is 65-85% of maximum value, calculated as follows. Your maximum heart rate is 220 – 32 (age) = 188 What is your resting heart rate? Say it 64. 188-64 = 124 64 + 65% x 124 = 144.6 64 + 85% * 124 = 165.4 So 144 to 165 is the optimal heart rate for fat loss. Within this range, more is better. If you go higher, that is anaerobic and you'll get tired very quickly. By the way, is 20 minutes marginal side of cardio. If your priority is clearly to lose weight, give it more emphasis. Even if you're doing a lot of lifting, you may actually gain muscle while you are losing fat and not lose many kilos (which is fine, right?) – in which case you should worry more about body composition fat. Ask a coach where you work if you can have your body fat measured – to obtain a baseline set and then see where you are in a few months.
