I know I need to get rid of all my extra kilos, but how? Lose weight fast with a healthy balanced diet and moderate exercise. It's really so simple, the problem is that most of us want a miracle, and that's just not going to happen. The grease came with time and unfortunately will happen over time! 1. Start with a healthy diet and balanced:

Very important: if you're saying "I have to get rid of my fat," you have to eat healthy and you have to eat enough. This is the problem with all the fad diets, eat too little and lose mostly water and muscle instead of fat. As soon as you start eating normal again, the water becomes and so does the weight, except for lost precious muscle. The muscle you lose from a fad diet is one of the biggest problems that results in yo-yo dieting. With less muscle to burn the energy, your metabolism decreases and weight much easier than before going to the fad diet!

If you go to the right diet on the other hand, not going to happen and weight loss is real. With the right diet to lose not only water, but it burns fat. This is very important because it goes really wrong here it can cost you in the future. Do not fall for a diet that makes you eat too little or mostly one type of food. Above all, stay away from liquid diets. I do not mean a healthy meal replacement shakes, I mean the "soup" that can be eaten in unlimited amounts, but still die of hunger every day!

For a normal healthy eating plan you'll eat normal everyday foods that are readily available. There is no need to eat expensive "special" meals and bars. You can do very well in the food you normally buy. Get a diet that gives you a choice and lets you choose the foods they prefer and that are easily available. It's better for your health and it is better for your pocket!

There are many diets out there, choose a good one, stick to it and will succeed.

2. Moderate exercise:

This is where you can almost do the trick. With moderate exercise can help speed up the process considerably. Take note, however, "Moderate" exercise! Nothing good will come of it if you go overboard. You'll burn muscle once again and will be counterproductive. To best fat burning exercise you need to exercise at 60% of your maximum heart rate for about forty minutes, three to four times a week. Doing more does not burn more fat.

For what is your maximum heart rate, take 220 minus your age. Now you can work at their optimum heart rate for burning fat take 60% of that. Now you have your maximum heart rate's work more efficiently.   For example, if 42, the formula would look like. 220-42 = 178. And now you get 60% of the 178 and it is 107. Divide that by 6 and you have a count of 10 seconds if you are checking your heart type manually.   If the machine gives your heart rate can work harder or slower as needed to keep the area fat burning.
