Will I have permanent scars if I get a tummy tuck and other couple of surgeries?

17 i''ma year. old and am suffering weight loss (I am overweight about 70 lbs) and I've heard some of my friends that the weight loss that you get stretch marks. Well, I guess that what we just got in my stomach stretch marks. so I know I will get more, and I decided that I'm going to have an abdominoplasty, along with others as an elevation arm, laser scar removal to a scar on his head. but my main concern is whether I will leave scars on those and if I do, I remove to the extent that they are almost invisible?
