What is a list of foods for weight loss can eat?

I never really know the right foods to eat to lose weight. Could help me? this is what I had today: Breakfast: cereal and a small glass of milk food: yogurt Dinner: cottage cheese and an apple with a glass of water and that is all I had today. I do not want it look like I'm starving or something, so could you please help me with what foods to eat? What are your meals like?

You will not starve. Even if you do not want to count calories every day you should quickly add one days or two worthwhile to make sure you're on the right track. A minimum of 1,200 calories 1500 calories, but is optimal for weight loss. A calculation fast (which has no portion sizes, so I guess average portion size) that you ate less than 400 calories. If you have trouble remembering what to eat, take a look at the food pyramid we all learned in elementary school. You need 2 servings of meat or meat alternatives, 3-6 servings of grains (cereals comprehensive preferred), 2-3 servings of milk, 2 servings of fruit and 3 or more servings of vegetables. You can and should also have a bit of oil that (many vitamins, such as vitamin A and vitamin E needs some fat in your diet or can not be absorbed). I'm eating 1200 calories a day (with guidance from a nutritionist) and for dinner I had 1 / 2 cup pasta sauce, 3 meatballs, about 3 / 4 a cup of vegetables added to sauce and a salad on the side. Other dinners have are usually a chicken breast with 1 / 2 cup rice or 1 / 2 cup mashed potatoes and 1 cup steamed vegetables, or 3 ounces of roast pork with oven roasted vegetables (potatoes, tomatoes, zucchini, etc.). For lunch at work usually have a salad with lots of vegetables and sunflower seeds or nuts in it or a chicken breast and some whole wheat crackers. I suggest you sit with a pencil and paper and am planning out a little better. A starvation diet as you did today will leave you alone feel deprived and your body revolt and that you crave more food and more. Eat a balanced diet and although you can eat well much longer (life, really)
