Hello, I have some questions, please answer .. the best answer, of course, get the 10 points! 1.If my goal is to walk 10000 steps, then if I go window shopping at the mall, how many hours would have to spend? And is equal to how many miles? 2.The people than anorexia, that not eating anything, eating only once a day, but they got .. thin, but people say that if you miss the food you do not lose weight because your metabolism slows .. someone can explain why they can lose weight anorexic? 3.I heard of the diet water only .. therefore only consume water and juice .. dangerous? And can someone give me the menu plan? 4.If I already lost a few pounds, and return to the "food normal, "Will I gain a few pounds again? Or I do the diet for the rest of my life?
1. It all depends on how fast you walk in the length of time and size of their feet in the distance. I know a guy who walks 10,000 steps a day. He has a pedometer and keep it with that. Usually, it takes about 6 hours translates to appx. 5 miles or less. 2. Anorexics also work out greatly, therefore burning more calories than you take in. If you chose to diet, the best way is to find a lifestyle of healthy eating. If you eat McDonald's all the time, and then go to subway for one month and lose 10 pounds, then back to McDonald's, you will gain the weight back.
