weight loss questionnaire

I need questions for my questionnaire on my research.?
I'm conducting an investigation into the bodys reaction of night shift workers. Or increasing your body or weight loss. so kindly provide me with good questions. respondents are hospital nurses. the focus is on weight gain or loss weight of the grave yard shift workers … question like this is what you need: How do you spend your free / at recess between turnos.-Take a nap, have a snack-cafĂ© – Water – bread, cookies, blah, blah, i thank you hope and instant messaging is only 2 hours left.
I am a nurse of intensive care working on night shift for many, many years. Personally, I did not get a lot of weight because of my commitment to healthy living. I refuse to be obese. Obesity carries a lot of poor self-image problems, multiple health problems. However, workers in most of my colleagues are on the heavy side. The main reason is lack of exercise. Sleeping.and eating at irregular hours; There are plenty of potlucks at night. And they are always eating. during their leisure time. Or out for breaks cigarette. I saw an episode of TV's biggest losers. A group of nurses working at night had more the amt of weight to lose. Here are quesitons possible for your research? As soon as I get home from work, so you eat or just go to sleep? How many meals do you eat during the day? What kind of food you normally eat? What time do you eat normally? How much exercise do you do? How many hours of sleep do not get nights when you working? He sees himself as fat or thin? Do you eat many junk foods? After work, often you will go to breakfast with the rest of the gang or camaraderie? How often do you guys get together for parties? What kind of food is usually prepared during the holidays? What kind of food served at these potlucks at night? How much coffee do you drink? Many packages of sugar is not put in coffee? Do you work in a high stressed area? What is your normal way of dealing with stress? How much to eat? Do you eat a lot of starchy foods and sweets and pastries and cakes or donuts? What specialty or units do not work in hospitals? Hope this helps!
