The loss of weight in a hurry, how can I lose???
I'm going to a retreat with my youth group and want a bit thin as it can be going to a water park, Ay! The retreat is Sept.5th and wanted to know how I can lose in the following way (I know it varies, but perhaps a budget?): 200 abdominal 4 miles walking 2 miles of travel 100 of Arnold and dance dancing at random ^ ^ All while eating less than 1200 calories a day. Please, let me know how you think I can lose? Thanks xoxo
Do not think anybody can answer that question. Healthy weight loss is about one pound per week. It all depends on what you eat and how often you do these exercises. If I had to guess I would say about 5 pounds
